LORENZO ORIENTATION VIDEO & RESIDENT HANDBOOK: I have viewed the Lorenzo Orientation Video & received the Lorenzo Resident Handbook. PACKAGE CONCIERGE & PACKAGE LOG ENROLLMENT: All residents are required to enroll in the Lorenzo’s self-service package locker system, the Package Concierge , for normal packages and parcels, as well as Lorenzo’s package notification system, Package Log, for perishable or oversized items upon moving into their unit. In order to retrieve a package, you must be an individual on the lease for the addressed unit. Any package delivered to an individual who is not a current resident will be immediately returned to sender. I understand and agree that the Lorenzo offers to accept my mail and packages as a courtesy service only. The service may be withdrawn at any time for any resident with or without notice or cause, and the Lorenzo shall have no liability to you for any lost, stolen or damaged package. Furthermore, the Lorenzo will not accept packages that exceed 30lbs. Any person who fails to enroll in these package programs will have their items returned to sender or held at the carrier facility for retrieval by the resident. I further agree to hold harmless the Lorenzo, and its property manager, owners, employees, agents and representatives for any claims or liability arising out of this service, including without limitation stolen, damaged or lost mail or packages. Further, I understand that I must pick-up any mail or packages accepted on my behalf within seven calendar days from the day it has been accepted, or such mail or packages will be subject to return to the service company that delivered it and/or storage fees applied. ACTIVE BUILDING REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: All residents are required to register with the Lorenzo’s information portal, Active Building. By enrolling, you will receive emergency and maintenance notifications sent by Lorenzo management as well as important resident information and reminders. Once registered, you can customize your notification settings to your preferences. The Lorenzo shall not be held liable for any information or notifications which fail to reach the intended recipient regardless of cause or reason.
